“What will happen to my ratings during wartime?” is a question many programmers are asking today. To help answer that and provide some historical perspective, below are reports from the two ratings periods surrounding the 1991 Gulf War.

The reports cover the 10 largest Metros in the U.S. and contain topline numbers for Persons 25-54 from the Winter 1990 and Spring 1991 surveys.
